Interests

Autoantibodies and early detection

We are are interested in the use of autoantibodies for early detection of cancer. We use protein microarrays and a new technology called, multiplexed in solution protein arrays, to test various antigens as candidates for detecting autoantibodies. We are interested in studying all cancers, and have already extensively investigated breast cancer, basal-like breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer and some colon cancer.
