Biomarker Submission Form

Fill out the following form in order to inform the Early Detection Research Network of a new biomarker being researched.

Submitter Name:

The name of the person submitting a biomarker.

Submitter Email:

Submitter's email address.

Biomarker(s) to Submit

Please either upload a file (any format is acceptable) or enter text in the box listing the biomarker(s).

Biomarker(s) File:

A file listing the new biomarker(s); any file format is acceptable. If you use this option, there's no need to enter any text in the next box.

Biomarker(s) Researched:

List the biomarker(s) being submitted. If you use this option, there's no need to upload a file.

Lead PI and Institution:

Select a primary investigator and the institution to which they belong.

Protocol ID:

Select the EDRN protocol/study from which the biomarker was researched. Contact the DMCC if you need to obtain an EDRN protocol.

Phase:

Select the research phase of the biomarker.

Phase definitions:

Phase 1: Preclinical exploratory studies
Phase 2: Clinical Assay Development for Clinical Disease
Phase 3: Retrospective Longitudinal Study
Phase 4: Prospective Screening Studies
Phase 5: Cancer Control Studies (RCT)
