Running the miRNA Dashboard Locally

Install R (if needed)
Install RStudio (if needed)
Download the EDRN/miRNA repository
1. Select "Clone or Download"
2. Choose "Download ZIP"
Open RStudio
1. From the File menu, select "Open File…"
2. Browse to "miRNA-master" folder
3. Open "ShinyDashboard.R"
4. Select "Run App" button on the Editor pane
In the Shiny miRNA Dashboard
1. Browse to the Benchmarking Dataset folder
2. Choose a dataset to view
3. Adjust sliders in the input panel to change from defaults
4. View visualizations and summary table
