Abstract

No abstract availalbe.

Aims

AIM 1. Identify metabolites causally associated with PCa across multi-ancestry populations. AIM 2. Integrate genomics and metabolomics to investigate mechanisms impacted by genetic risk of prostate cancer and identify subgroups of individuals at high risk of prostate cancer. AIM 3. Determine whether rare and common genetic variation contributes to risk of PCa progression.
